About the Role:
We are seeking a Client Satisfaction Specialist Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Hudspeth Animal Hospital in Macon, GA. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries
- Provide accurate information about our services and answer client questions
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the veterinary team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a veterinary or medical receptionist role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Work well with others
- Dependable
- Proficiency in computer systems and office software (Preferably Avimark)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for animals and empathy for pet owners
